About Kristen

I'm a psychology student with 7+ years working with children, including individuals on the autism spectrum. I previously worked as a Lead ABA Therapist (clinic & in-home), then became a Program Manager and Site Director, teaching social-emotional learning in schools and supporting staff development. I'm CPR & First Aid certified and previously held an RBT certification before I relocated to LA. I enjoy assisting kids grow-socially, emotionally, and in their own unique strengths. I love creating a space where they feel safe to explore, learn, and build confidence. Supporting their development isn't just a job for me, it's something I'm passionate about. I'll meet your child where they're at and encourage them to keep reaching for that next little milestone, all while keeping you in the loop. I'm currently looking to transition from caregiver role to a management role where I can support a household and assist with their day to days while also aligning my job now with my future goals
