I hired Kristen to help with errands, meal preparation, and organization tasks around the house. She is extremely organized, is self-directed, has excellent communication skills, and performs all tasks to a high standard. Anything that I have asked her to do, she has done as well as or better than I would have for myself! I think it's really hard to find someone who puts this much care into their work. Kristen is a gem!
