About Kristen

Hi! My name is Kristen, and as I enter semi-retirement I'm looking for part-time caregiving positions within my community. I've worked with disabled children and adults for the past 20 years. I found the demands of nursing challenging, and I believe my calling is instead as a caregiver where I can provide more intimate caregiving while still utilizing my nursing education. I'm extremely responsible and punctual. I'm patient and positive. I'm experienced in medication management, diabetes care, wound care, and monitoring of vitals. I love hearing stories of bygone days, and I really enjoy reading to kids and adults, playing cards and board games. Many say I'm a fantastic cook! I can make delicious, comforting casseroles and refreshing fruit smoothies. I enjoy doing laundry and dishes. I'm committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care to each of my clients.
