With over nine years of classroom experience and 16 years working with young children, I have developed a deep understanding of how essential a nurturing environment is to a child's early development. I believe that every interaction a caregiver has with a young child shapes how that child understands love, safety, and connection. Being a babysitter isn't just about keeping children safe.
