Kristen was a god send for our family! I knew after having one conversation with her that our parenting styles were very similar. She just "got us" as a family. Kristen is attentive, sweet and funny. She was constantly on the floor playing with my daughter. Crafts, cooking/baking, parks, errands, all came natural to her. She kept our schedule the way we wanted it to be and always updated us through out the day how our little one was doing. Pictures and videos always made us feel that we weren't missing anything. Kristen also was very flexible with start and stop times. She understood that we worked over an hour away and traffic often would make us late. She always was willing to flex her time which meant the world to us. Kristen also introduced a wide variety of different foods into not only my daughters world but mine too! Things I never thought of buying she would have and tell me that she liked it! Kristen went above and beyond and she will forever be a part of our family!
