About Kristen

Hi! I'm Kristen - I recently stepped away from corporate marketing to focus on supporting families in a more hands-on, meaningful way. I moved to NYC in October and am excited to connect with families on the Upper West Side. I have years of experience teaching dance to children ages 3-18, along with caring for my toddler nieces. I'm a certified fitness instructor and CPR certified, and I love incorporating movement, creativity, and structure into my time with kids. I'm warm, empathetic, and highly organized, and happy to help beyond childcare with scheduling, organizing, and light meal prep. I aim to be a calm, positive, and reliable presence for both children and parents. I love helping kids grow with confidence, kindness, and joy, and supporting families so their homes run smoothly. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, spending time with my dog, and visiting family in NJ.
