Kristen was a newer to the profession nanny that took to the job very quickly. She excelled and listened to what we needed. Was very hands on with our son. Really a great hands on nanny. She was fairly punctual and receptive to feedback. Unfortunately she would let us know very last minute (with the exception of one time) when she wouldn't be available. This caused us to scramble and find child care in the 11th hour. The reason for the low stars is her communication at the end. 30 minutes prior to the start of her shift this past week on Monday (6/5/23) she texted us and let us know that she quit and didn't think nannying was for her. Really a shame because she was great with our son. We thought it was a good fit, that didn't seem mutual in the end.
