I'd describe my personality as hardworking, light-hearted, and compassionate. I like working with kids because little people are my people! I love to experience the world through their eyes. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work with children over the summer as I save for grad school fees. I started working with kids when I was 15 as a camp counselor! In my spare time, I like to do all things grandma hobbies including going on walks, reading a good book or crocheting! One thing you should know about me is that I've had a passion for working with kids since I was a teenager. I started out as a camp counselor, transitioned to a preschool teacher for numerous years and now work as a speech-language pathologist assistant! I'm currently in my last year of grad school to get my masters degree in speech-language pathology. My skills include getting a child to enjoy the world of play and discovery, promote their speech and language skills, and cook their favorite meals!
Kristen is the greatest- full of joy, patient, and nurturing :) I would recommend her to any family, and she will be a blessing to them.
