About Kristen

Hi I'm Kristen, I'm a SAHM toddler mom from Lexington. I was a nanny for one family for several years and took care of everything- diaper changes, prepared all meals, drive to school and appointments, teach age appropriate material, reading, and plenty of playtime indoors and outdoors. Aside from now being a mother, I have had many childcare positions since the age of 15. I feel this work comes naturally for me and have many references with positive feedback. I hold a degree in Environmental Science and Techology, and have also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course and am a certified yoga teacher. I'm also here to be a support for mothers. I know from experience that it's not easy, but I have a toolbox of skills, techniques, and practices to combat everyday stress.
