About Kristen

I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I would babysit my dad's coworkers kids as well as working in a nursery at my church. When I was teenager I also started teaching swim lessons for ages 6 months to adults. So I've had a variety of experiences with children. In my spare time, I like to read, do crafts, do anything outdoors (hiking, swimming, running), and play board games. One thing you should know about me is I worked in a nursery from the age of 15-21. I also have experience teaching swim lessons for all ages and experience level. I have always loved working with kids. I also have experience through my degree in kinesiology in teaching physical activity/ sports to kids with special needs. We did an internship that taught us skills in keeping kids with special needs active.
