Kristen worked with us for about 3 months until she had to leave to go to the east coast for a stint. In the time that Kristen was with us she was a blessing. She watched our 4m old son and our feisty, adventurous, smart 2 1/2 year old daughter. Kristen took sweet care of our 4m old in assisting with milestones, maintaining a daily log of feedings/sleep/diapers, keeping me in the loop and making sure all needs were met and then some. Kristen often came to the house with multiple projects/crafts for our daughter and was creative in dealing with nap time and lunch which tended to be challenging. Kristen took the kids for walks/outdoor adventures daily. Kristen was very communicative, reliable and a pleasure to have in our home working with our children. We will miss her. I also loved that she would send me pics of the kids so I felt in the loop while away.
