Hello, my name is Kristen. I am 28 years old and have worked with children for 12 years. I am a certified MA teacher for Prek to 2nd grade, as well as EEC certified as a Lead Infant, Toddler, and Preschool teacher. I worked in daycare for 4 years with children aged 6 months to 5 years old. I then worked in a preschool with children with moderate disabilities. I also taught summer school to children aged 8-12 with moderate special needs. I've taught Kindergarten and 2nd grade. I love children and have a passion for helping them learn and grow. I enjoy reading with or encouraging children to read. I am an active person with children and will do arts, crafts, activities, and anything else to keep them engaged and entertained. Kristen was my son’s nanny for the summer of 2022, he was 3 yrs old then. We were very happy with her. She was very punctual, she was always on time and did things exactly by the time she promised she would. Given her teaching background, she was able to structure my son’s day appropriately and kept him engaged which we thought was amazing. She also worked with us in toilet training, made it easy on us. My son still keeps asking for her occasionally, I would have totally hired her for this summer if my son needed a nanny. But he goes to a regular daycare now and they are open through out the summer. I totally recommend Kristen to anyone who are looking for a punctual and reliable child care taker!
