I really value slowing down and meeting people where they're at. I understand that aging can come with a lot of changes physically, emotionally, and mentally and I try to bring a steady, comforting presence into that space. I enjoy being there for both the practical side of things like daily routines, mobility, and personal care, but also the quieter moments. Sitting together, talking, listening, or just keeping someone company so they don't feel alone. I'm very patient, respectful, and mindful of maintaining dignity at all times. I pay attention to the little shifts, the moods, the needs that aren't always spoken out loud. I take a lot of pride in being someone families can trust and someone seniors feel safe and comfortable around. This isn't just work to me it's showing up for people in a stage of life where it really matters.
