With three years of experience supporting elementary and middle school students in Math and English, I empower learners to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills for long-term success. I assess each student's unique learning style by actively listening and observing how they interact with new material. When concepts become challenging, I keep students motivated by celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement. I believe open communication builds the trust necessary for a collaborative environment between students, parents, and myself.
