About Krista

I am currently a 2nd grade teacher in CMS! Prior to working in the classroom setting I worked as a preschool director and nursery coordinator in a church setting for five years. Throughout all of my experience I have worked with children ages eight weeks to 18. My professional experience has primarily revolved around caring for the whole child by meeting their physical, emotional, and educational needs. While I have spent my professional career devoted to working with children, I also have 11 nieces and nephews. Working with children is my greatest passion! When caring for your family, I will not only utilize my professional experience, but I will also treat your children as if they were one of my own nieces or nephews. I'd describe my personality as warm, calm, friendly. I like working with kids because of how kids see the world. The wonder in their eyes inspires me to see my world differently! I have worked with kids in a professional capacity for 10 years.
