About Krista

My journey in caregiving began with a promise I made at 9 years old. After visiting my great-grandfather in a nursing home, I saw how much a person's spirit relies on the comfort of home. I knew then that I wanted to do everything in my power to keep "grandpas and grandmas" at home with their families. I turned that passion into a career starting at age 15 as a CNA. Over the years, I have worked through every level of the industry to become a Director of Operations, gaining diverse experience across the lifespan-from pediatrics to geriatrics. My background spans hands-on wound care, OT and PT support, and complex case management. While I lead operations, I still love being on the front lines, providing the direct comfort and clinical support that allows my clients to stay in their own homes and gives their families true peace of mind.
