I am a former children's librarian with a Master's Degree in Library Science who worked in the youth services department of a large public library system for 10 years prior to becoming a mom who now stays home with my children and homeschools. As a teenager and young adult, I had several jobs babysitting and coaching children's sports teams. As a caregiver, I strive to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. My graduate-level education complements my hands-on experience. I am creative and friendly, and I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I prioritize open communication with you, following your preferred method to keep you informed about your child's day. I am also happy to help with cooking and carpooling as needed.
