Hello! My name is Krista and I have been a certified teacher in New York for the last 6 years. I have experience teaching all elementary grades, with the most experience in grades 4, 5, and 6. The last three school years I was a special education teacher of students in grades 4-6, and prior to that I was a general education teacher providing Academic Intervention Services (AIS). My husband and I welcomed our first child at the beginning of this year and decided it was time to move back home to Connecticut, which is where I am from. I grew up and went to school in Somers and am now living in Enfield. I am looking to continue my passion of teaching and helping students learn by holding tutoring sessions at the Enfield Public Library.
