My schedule is very flexible during the winter months because I work a seasonal day job. I am a former foster care social worker who transported and supervised foster children of all ages to parent and sibling visits. I found foster children to be adorable and hilarious just like any other child. I also have years of babysitting experience helping my parents with my younger brother and sister two nights a week while my mother was working part time. My style with children is to keep them busy doing something fun, creative or active. If fights break out I separate and redirect. I have used time out, 123magic and gentle parenting according to what the parents prefer. I am very comfortable with nanny cams, phone tracking and background checks. You can't be to careful.
