Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. With three years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I'm passionate about promoting their well-being and independence. My background includes some college coursework in Psychology. I am studying to be a geriatric counselor. I love to cook and I provide meal prep. I am fit, and able to help with heavy lifting. I also help with encouraging fitness and good nutrition, and enjoy being a walking companion. I'm known for being patient, compassionate, a great listener, and friendly. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I also provide verbal updates during visits to keep families informed.
