We hired Kris as a 3 week live in NCS for our preemie daughter. She taught us the ropes, made us confident parents, was there when we needed her but away when we needed our time with our daughter. She helped with night feedings, bathing, diapers, her sleep schedule, doctor visits and assisted with the at home testing, exercises and readings we were required to perform at home. She was an asset to have and her patience with us and our new parent questions was endless. She is willing to help in so many different areas and aspects to her help. She even let our 3 cats make themselves at home. A friend of mine was so impressed she booked her for 2 weeks in Chicago for her impending delivery. We utilized services in October 2021
