I enjoy being a Personal Care Assistant because I genuinely care about helping others feel supported, safe, and comfortable in their everyday lives. I've always found fulfillment in providing thoughtful, hands-on help--whether I'm assisting with daily routines, keeping things organized, or simply being a calming and dependable presence. My experience with dog sitting has strengthened my attention to detail, patience, and sense of responsibility. Animals, like people, thrive on consistency and trust. Caring for pets has taught me how to tune into nonverbal needs, stay observant, and respond with empathy--skills that directly translate to personal care work.
