I am experienced in respite care, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm also adept at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. As a professional and detail-oriented caregiver, I prioritize open communication, following each family's preferred method. I have CPR and First Aid certifications.
