About Kris A

Hello. I have recently moved across the country and creating a new life in Bend. I am a reiki practitioner and breathwork facilitator. I love a flexible schedule to allow time for my pets and enjoy the variety of multiple activities. I am a nanny and dog trainer with experience in elderly companionship. I also have lots of experience with health/medical needs, previously certified EMT and WFR, and am currently certified in human (adult and child) and pet CPR and First Aid. I don't smoke or care to be around it. I am happy to run errands, prep healthy meals, or join you for neighborhood walks. I look forward to learning about you and how I can help make this time a little gentler.
