As a first time Mom who spent the first year home with my son (a former preemie and NICU grad) I was extremely nervous and highly selective in my search to find the right fit. I reviewed dozens of potential candidates. Hiring Kripa was the best decision I made. Kripa always went above and beyond to make sure my son was happy and safe. She updated me with pictures and anecdotes while I was at work and I came home daily to an enriching art project my son had worked on and proudly shared with me. She always left his toys in order, better than she found them. She was gentle and patient with him even in times of him having a tantrum or being frustrated and acting out. Kripa was the best gift I could have given my son and provided me with peace of mind knowing I left him with someone who truly cared. Anyone who hires Kripa would be lucky to have her!
