Michelle(Kricia) is one of the best nanny we've had. She cared for our infant for 2 years. Managing all her activities including meal prep, activities, and household chores. Very good at keeping kids entertained, stimulated and happy, while also teaching good discipline and manners. Occasionally she also took care of our pre schooler and did a seamless job managing both together. Great nanny for any family!
