Kourtni was always reliable, punctual, and easy to communicate with, which made scheduling and planning so stress-free for our family. She did an amazing job caring for our children and keeping routines consistent while still making sure they had fun and felt comfortable. She has a very calm and patient personality, and I appreciated how attentive and responsible she was at all times.
