About Kourtney

I have been dedicated to the healthcare field from a young age. My journey began at 13 years old when I started volunteering alongside my mom during her in-home nursing visits. By 17, I was working in a nursing and rehabilitation center, where I developed hands-on experience and deepened my passion for caregiving. My commitment to this field is personal-helping care for both of my great-grandparents during their dementia diagnoses inspired me to pursue this work with empathy and purpose. I believe every resident and client deserves to be treated with the same dignity and respect as family. I'm especially passionate about promoting self-care, self-love, and meaningful daily activities that bring joy and comfort to those I support. Creating a safe, nurturing, and uplifting environment isn't just my job-it's my calling.
