Caring for others is more than a job; it's a calling. With six years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I'm passionate about promoting well-being and independence. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I build trust with care recipients and provide regular updates to families through daily reports, verbal check-ins, and text or phone calls. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with sensitivity. I am ready to assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have some college education, CPR Training, and First Aid Training. Knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's day brings me immense joy.
