We were very impressed with Konnie and though we only had her over a few times, she was very in demand and we can certainly justify why. She’s hard-working, thoughtful, intelligent, and we really hope to have her back as soon as she has an opening. 

Konnie has a very pleasant personality and she quickly got in the hang of things and engaged my dad who has dementia. I would highly recommend her and will be hiring her again as needed.

I was very impressed with Konnie.  She is observant and picks up on things quickly.  She is pleasant and friendly.  I liked how easily she worked, moving from kitchen cleanup, to bed making, to laundry and anything else that is needed. She's very capable and knowledgeable.  She can see on her own how you like to do things and seems willing to tackle almost any job.  I found her to be so helpful and easy to work with.

Konnie and I worked for the M family , she is a very amazing co-worker and always show up on time. This family is the most difficult family to work for and not a healthy  place to work. I was there for three month and over 10  caregivers came and left because of how toxic their  home is.

Konnie is unreliable.  She has failed to show for work two weekends in a row without notice.  She can't be trusted to care for anyone

We hired Konnie as a caregiver to my 94 year old Mom.  Unfortunately, she proved undependable and unreliable.  For two consecutive Saturdays she has not shown up on time and did not call or text.  Last week, she indicated when she did call that she had had a "rough night".  This was mid-afternoon when her start time is 7:30am.  Again, today she has not shown up on time and has not called so we are terminating -- when we hear from her.

Konnie cared for my husband with advanced dementia for two years. She handled every situation - from providing companion care and emotional support to addressing critical care issues and making emergency hospital trips with us.  I can't say enough good things - she is so dependable and competent and a joy to be around!

Konnie is a real professional, exceptional!  She is an angel that truly helped us and relieved the family's stress with her presence. 
She was able to read her patient at any given moment and respond and adapt to conditions appropriately.   In our case this was EXTREMELY helpful as the patient she cared for had dementia, could not speak, and had anxiety issues.  She could redirect and de-escalate ANY negative situation.  Her value is immeasurable.

Konnie helped our family for over a year, caring for my mom until her passing. Hands down, Konnie is the best caregiver I have ever worked with. She always went above and beyond -- doing extra cleaning, fluently engaging with my grandmother and autistic uncle, problem-solving the implementation of doctor's orders, you name it.

My mom was a tenacious woman and had mobility issues due to her brain cancer. Under Konnie's care, I never had to worry about my mom's safety or happiness. I couldn't recommend Konnie enough and I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Konnie is fabulous.   As a disabled citizen, she has been more than helpful in making sure I did my exercises.and got better and I depend.
