I have assisted people in ambulating, dressing, toileting, getting ready for the day. Making sure that medications, therapy exercises or dressings get attended to. I can cook, clean, do laundry, complete errands, grocery shop, anything really. I focus heavily on engaging those I take care of. We may watch or color, or curl their hair, or play cards, listen to music, look at pictures. Whatever makes a positive difference in their day! I get to know the people I care for, and their families, and really enjoy what I do.
