We hired Kirstyn to be a caregiver for our infant son while we work. She has been an absolute rock star! Every time she arrives our son has a huge smile on his face. I work from home, and I can hear his babbling and giddiness while she is here. Kirstyn is also great with pets. She lets our dogs outside if she notices I can't get to them first, and she interacts with them regularly. Lastly, she is an absolute sweetheart and very easy to work with. We admittedly are terrible with giving directions, so she will ask questions when needed. She also lets us know before she takes our son anywhere (walks, etc.) Overall she is a great fit with our family. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
