Kirsti provided excellent full-time care for my 18-month-old in my home when I worked upstairs. I observed her interactions with my daughter on multiple occasions throughout each day and was truly impressed with not just her compassion and creativity but with her skills as a professional care giver. When she communicated with my daughter, I noticed her intentionally using a rich vocabulary and having fun with language. She sang songs, rhymed and talked about big and silly words with my daughter. She always maintained a calm, positive tone to her voice and seamlessly used the art of distraction to divert my daughter's attention when she was getting into mischief.
