I have lots of prior experience living with my grandparents and assisting them with many things. I also have helped my Mom who is in her 80's. I am happy for the opportunity to help your loved ones with daily living tasks. I'm a compassionate individual. I had my own business for over 25 years doing licensed massage in Oregon (11 years in a medical setting.) I am patient, calm, professional, and empathetic while paying attention to details. I understand the importance of connecting to learn preferences and history. I will always follow your preferred communication method. I can de-escalate stressful situations and redirect attention when needed. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. My services include transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and encouraging physical activity if desired, as well as listening to stories and making conversation. I love pets.
