I spoke with Kirsten about cleaning my home. I scheduled her to come last week. I confirmed with her the night before, and she said she was able to come. I get a text at 8:57am, 3 minutes before she was supposed to arrive "I'm not far but my grandfather just blew out a tire. So I'm going to meet him and help him with the tire..." I replied okay, then asked what time she expected she would be able to come. I did not hear any response. I have waited since Thursday to hear something about why she did not show up or let me know that she would not be able to make it. I am very disappointed and would not recommend if you want someone to come and be dependable.
