About Kirsten

Hello there, I am a caregiver for my daughter who sustained a traumatic brains injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident and since have been learning and applying what is considered the best care for those with neurological injuries and illnesses and how best support the brain. I'm not trained but have had hands on experience assisting PT, OT, Speech, cognition therapist and implementing them at home. have been I have cooking anti-inflammatory foods, keeping up with exercises for mind and body and working on doing something that is restorative each and every day. I'm looking to be part of a support team for those who have suffered a TBI or who have other neurological conditions such as stroke, dementia, Alzheimer's, etc.. I have my own vehicle, can meal prep, house clean, run errands, take on outings, help with medications .
