About Kirsten

Hi families! My name is Kirsten, and I have several years of experience working with infants and young children in private care settings and almost a year in a daycare. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and grow through play and positive interactions. I'm CPR and First Aid Certified and currently enrolled in CDA classes every Monday night until December. I'd describe myself as patient, nurturing, and dependable. Working with kids brings me joy--every smile, milestone, and discovery reminds me why I love what I do. I've cared for children most of my life, starting at age four helping my mom with my little brother. For five years, I also helped a close friend care for kids from newborn to age 10 and have over six months of daycare experience. In my free time, I enjoy family, adventures, and keeping a peaceful, calm environment.
