Hello! My name is Kirkley, and I bring prior military service, 6+ years of experience as a special education teacher, and 2 years working in a daycare setting with infants through age 3. I am passionate about providing safe, structured, and nurturing environments where children can thrive. My background has instilled strong skills in responsibility, reliability, organization, and calm decision-making under pressure. As a special education teacher, I have extensive experience supporting children with high needs, including those on the autism spectrum. I specialize in behavior support, individualized instruction, and building meaningful connections that help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically. I pride myself on being patient, dependable, and attentive to each child's individual needs.
