I like tutoring because I like to see the "light bulb" moment when all the information registers and someone realizes they understand. Everyone learns differently, some people may just need more time with the material and some people may need it presented to them in a completely different way. It is a beautiful process to be a part of. I started tutoring as a job very recently. I just finished my TEFL certification to teach English as a second language in May 2025. I am the oldest sibling and the oldest of my cousins, so I was always the person everyone came to for homework help growing up.
