Prior to working in healthcare, I was a horse trainer. I trained green horses. I taught english lessons from beginner-to-advanced riders in showmanship, jumpers, and dressage. Horseback riding isn't just for the able-bodied. I taught mentally and physically challenged riders of all ages. I moonlighted as a TA alongside PT's/OT's during hippo therapy sessions.
