About Kinsey

I like working with kids because they have a curious and honest view of the world! I like hearing their opinions and seeing their creativity. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and allows me to have fun! I'm the oldest of 6, and the oldest grandchild on both sides , so I have always been around kids! I started working with kids when I was 17, doing children's theatre camps in my hometown. I've been working with young people ever since, as a preschool teacher, theatre teacher, princess party performer, and director of children's religious programs. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, go on walks with my dog, cross stitch and embroider, garden, and try new gluten free recipes! One thing you should know about me is I focus on child-centered learning and creativity, meaning I want to know what your child is interested in, so we can form better connections! My skills are creativity, social-emotional learning (SEL), nature-based activity.
