Kinley is the most competent person I have ever hired. I would hired her again in a heartbeat. If my Dad were still need at home care, I would have kept her on forever! She is incredibly caring and has a way with calming people down and helping them navigate emotions (which people with Alzheimers often have). She is very observant and often helped me fill in the gaps I didn't even realize were there. She was able to take things off my plate that really helped me to be more present with my Dad. I never worried when Kinley was on staff as I know she could take care of whatever came up.
