We interviewed Kim for a position providing companion care for our father and selected him out of 25 potential candidate as someone we wanted to hire for the position. He seemed dedicated, responsible, and flexible and showed compassion and understanding about the the kinds of support that a person with dementia would need. Unfortunately, because of state licensing requirements at the facilility where our father was staying, we were not able to follow through with our job offer to Kim. We regretted this because we think he would have been and excellent caregiver. He was professional throughout the interview process and gracious when we had to withdraw our job offer.
