Hello, my name is Wil I'm a Nursing student with clinical experience and five years of experience supporting adults and senior through my caregiving job. I am passionate about helping people maintain their independence and well-being. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families using their preferred method, as well collaborating to have the best care possible, and providing regular updates. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I offer transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and provide light housekeeping. I speak both English and Tagalog. I find immense joy in building meaningful connections and providing compassionate care, and I look forward to bringing that dedication to your family.
