The quality I value the most in Kim is her ability to connect with both of my parents. They came to trust her almost immediately, and that is no easy task! Both of my parents are very private and independent so the idea of a caregiver is not something they embraced at first. I am grateful that they have come to enjoy the visits and trust Kim to help them! Kim is also a good communicator, and she doesn't mind taking time to call and explain what she has observed and to problem solve about what is best for Mom and Dad.
