We initially reached out to Kim to provide some care to my mother-in-law. An unexpected emergency surgery resulted in that care not taking place. However, since then, we have worked with Kim several times to provide care to our infant daughter. Each time we have reached out, Kim has thankfully been available as we're not always able to schedule in advance. She is kind and timely. Our daughter seems happy as well as our big fur baby, Bella. We will not hesitate to call Kim when needed to see if she is available.
