I hired Kimlisa because of her experience with dementia. She definitely has that knowledge but there was much more. Kimlisa finds what types of things people like to do and creates experiences for them to still enjoy such things. When my mom’s condition worsened, she was ready to help us walk through the changes and, ultimately, through her passing on. FYI - she also shows her love through food and just general companionship. She became part of the family.
