About Kim

I am a retired teacher from Klein ISD who has not been out of the classroom since retiring in 2012. I have been a daily sub every year since then. For the past 4 years I have been a substitute at Hofius Intermediate. My 28 years of teaching for HISD and KISD was as a middle school (6-8) math teacher from 1984-to my 2012 retirement. I loved teaching but at the age of 52 I retired due to the emphasis on testing. I was retired for 1 month only and then started back full time as a substitute so that I could do what I love most, working with children and not teaching to a test. I would love to continue working with your children with the same passion I have for my students. I am 65 years young with the desire to be your sitter/nanny. I will take care of the love of your lives as I would want someone taking care of mine. I am Granny to Fynn who is 9 and Harper who is 6. They are definitely my world!
