I received a message from Kim not long after I had posted what we were looking for and we had gone back and forth a few times via emails until she felt comfortable contacting me directly which was understood. Kim came over to take care of my 90 yo mother in her bathing needs and I must say that she was very kind, gentle, attentive, compassionate and did not come across rushed with us in any way at all. She took her time with my mother and was thorough in her job for sure and my mother was very pleased. I was happy that she made my mother happy. She enjoyed talking with Kim and we both just got a real good vibe from her. She is a great person and has a great heart. I could tell she has a lot of respect for Seniors for sure and I would / will hire her again in a heartbeat. God Bless you Kim and the work that you do....
