Hi! I have several years of experience working with children and adults with varying disabilities. During my time as a preschool teacher, I worked with children that had intellectual and/or sensory issues. I also trained and worked as a direct support professional with The ARC in Frederick, MD assisting adults with disabilities such as autism, down syndrome, deafness, and cerebral palsy. In the last few years, I have been hired privately (through Care. com) to assist both children and adults with their daily activities.
